Returns (Online orders)
We love all the products we sell, and we hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason it’s not working for you, no problem.

Just send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all tags still attached to:

At the footer of your packing note there will be a returns form. Please complete, detach and include it when you post your goods back to us. You’ll need to pay the postage costs and the goods will be your responsibility until they reach us. Once we’ve received your goods we’ll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know.

* Please note: we are unable to accept returns on SALE items
If you are returning an item from abroad you must notify us within 7 days and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Faulty Goods
If you discover that your product is faulty following purchase, please get in touch with us ASAP.
