Returns/exchanges (In-Store Policy)
We are happy to accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, with any original packaging and with all tags still attached. Please bring your receipt and original payment method, without this we will not be able to process the return. The original card holder must also be present, without these we can only offer store credit. Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.

We have extended our returns policy for the festive season. All items bought in-store and online after 1st December have until 15th January 2018 to exchange or return. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this date.

Faulty Goods
If you discover that your product is faulty following purchase, please get in touch with us ASAP.
